Speakers at the summit will take questions and share best practices for
violence prevention through youth engagement in afterschool programs,
including:
--Dr. Adedipe of Harborview Medical Center with a violence/injury profile of
youth nationally and in Seattle
--Representatives from Schools Out Washington and SOAR
--High school students from a focus-group at Cleveland on
social media and youth engagement
--Six effective programs in Seattle working with middle & high school
youth—with the best, on-the-ground tips from their programs!
