Reginald Griffin

Renton Area Nonprofits Networking Opportunity

RANU is sponsored by the Renton Chamber of Commerce and is open to all who are working to make a better community.

Our fair city is served by more than 200 organizations with a cause – our missions include food, clothing, kids, seniors, animals, education, the environment, the arts, and everything in between.  Let’s get to know each other.  Let’s learn from each other.  Let’s tackle the issues that stress us out together.  We need each other now more than ever.

RANU is sponsored by the Renton Chamber of Commerce and is open to all who are working to make a better community.  There’s a place in RANU for charities, churches, service clubs, PTAs, government agencies, businesses who give back.  And there’s a place in RANU for staff, volunteers and board members.  We can help you in your quest of educating and engaging each of these groups.

RANU kicked of on April 21st 2010 and will meet on the third Wednesday of the month from 8:30-10am.  We’ll rotate locations to highlight different organizations in the area.

Our next meeting is May 19th.  The location is Harambee, an after-school space for teens in downtown Renton: 316 S Third St www.vivaharambee.com

Please contact Jolene Bernhard of Renton Area Youth and Family Services for more details: joleneb@rays.org
