Summary of Advanced Facilitation Skills 

   In the Fundamentals course, we will cover “the science” of group facilitation.  In the Advanced Facilitation Skills workshop, we will explore “the art” of facilitation using theCenter For Ethical Leadership’s Gracious Space Framework as a tool for artful facilitation. Gracious Space is a spirit and a setting where we invite the stranger and learn in public.  

In this half day workshop, participants will:

  •  learn the four elements of Gracious Space

  •  learn tools for group facilitation that nurture all four elements of Gracious Space

  •  learn how to use Gracious Space to move groups through the four stages of change.
