Nora Stone Smith Scholarship

The purpose of the Nora Stone Smith Scholarship is to honor and to give financial support to deserving ESL/ELL high school seniors in Washington. This scholarship ranges from $1,000 - $2,000 renewable for 2 or 4 years. Only 5 applications received!
