College Access Now (CAN) Seeking Office Space

Hi All,

CAN (www.collegeaccessnow.org) is seeking an office space in Seattle with the following features:

• Central Seattle Location.  (Optimally, South of ship canal, east of Puget sound, west of Lake Washington, north of a line roughly at Othello street (prefer not downtown or west seattle)...we would be especially be excited about something in Sodo or Mt Baker)
• Transit:  Flexible access via public transit from multiple areas of the city.
• Parking: Lots of low-cost (or free) parking nearby.
• Space:  Roughly 1000 sq ft (~ 2 x 175-200 sq ft shared offices + 1 x 300 sq ft and a Conference Room at + 300-350 sq ft open work space/entry area) 
• Cost:  <$2k/month
• Conditions/amenities:  Clean building with reasonable upkeep,  nearby clean restrooms, comfortable place for potential donors, staff, volunteers & AmeriCorps members to meet & work
• Ideal conditions:  A building with other non profits/small organizations. We prefer that telephone and internet are already wired to the office (but can set that up as needed), ideally a shared larger conference room(s) would be in the building 
• Lease:  Preferably 2 years Maximum
