Pro-Youth Homeless Case Manager

Hi my name is Lydia Davis and my co-worker is Rose Hickman. We work at THS/Central Family Youth & Family Services. If you, or someone one you know does not have a stable place to sleep every night, we could help. We can be reached at 206-322-7676 ext. 204 or 234. We provide intensive case management services, referrals to shelters, form assistance, transportation, connections to food banks, hygiene packets, education support, employment opportunies, and much much more.
